Toolmad.co.nz delivery expectations :
3-5 working days for goods that fit in standard courier bags, to any location in mainland New Zealand.
7-10 working days for goods that need to be freighted via road, to any location in mainland New Zealand.
Items with a Dangerous Goods classification may lengthen these delivery estimates.
Products purchased from Toolmad.co.nz will be delivered with no additional shipping fees, to locations in the North and South Islands of New Zealand. Currently Toolmad.co.nz does not offer an international service. Please make sure that you supply your full address, including any relevant business name.
Please be aware that Toolmad.co.nz does not ship to PO Boxes.

RETURNS
All products purchased through Toolmad.co.nz comes with a 12 month guarantee against manufacturers fault. If you have any quality issues with a product, please contact Toolmad.co.nz through the returns form and the Customer Service team will work with you to resolve appropriately.

Please make sure that you choose your tools with care.

Toolmad.co.nz doesn’t offer refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly.

Please don’t return items to Toolmad.co.nz, unless the Customer Service team have instructed you to do so.

PROCEDURES
There are two options available for Toolmad.co.nz customers who would like to return a product:

Faulty product replacement
If a product is not meeting its quality specifcations, Toolmad.co.nz can offer to replace the item with another item of the same model/specification, or another product of the same value. Proof of purchase is required. A request for the replacement or repair of the faulty item(s) must be lodged using the Toolmad.co.nz returns form.
Faulty product repair
If the product sold can be repaired and meet its quality specifications, Toolmad.co.nz and the product’s manufacturers’ agents maintain the right to repair. Request for the replacement or repair of the faulty item(s) must be lodged using the Toolmad.co.nz returns form.
